Why Post Jobs on Digital Texas Media Sites?
Digital Texas Media is a bit different from most job sites. We don't charge to post jobs or resumes and we don't aggregate jobs from a multitude of other job sites and job boards. If you are an employer, recruiter or staffing firm representative, you may post jobs individually to Digital Texas or any or our local Logonto Community websites (Plese Visit Digital Texas Media for list of East Texas Community Portals) or upload jobs in bulk (contact us for upload details and self-publishing accounts).
It's a good idea to post here even if the jobs also exist elsewhere, whether on your corporate web site or on other job boards. However, we do ask that you post ONLY your own jobs or those of your clients that are located in Texas. Please do not post affiliate links or jobs from other companies other than your clients. Those posting jobs of this sort will have their postings removed without notice and their account suspended.
Once you've posted one or more jobs, they will be available, via search, to the job seekers visiting our web site. Your job posting will have its own page in our site and can include information about your company, the job itself and contact information so that job seekers may apply for your employment positions. We provide applicats to contact you directlly via emails (all emails are hidden from view, no spam from our sites), but you can decide to send candidates to your own online application or have them contact you via phone, fax or courier.
